SuperComfySleep was founded with a clear mission to help as many people as possible to improve their sleep quality.
We aim to provide research-based tips and suggestions, as well as truly useful guides and reviews of mattresses and bedding products.
Jonathan T. Saddler
Jonathan T. Saddler founded SuperComfySleep shortly after his daughter was diagnosed with sleep apnea, which led him to do a lot of research about the science of sleep. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Biology and has spent over two decades as a team leader and director in the health care sector across three continents. Outside work, he loves playing baseball, cycling as well as spending time with his wife and three kids.
Neil Russell is a product manager at SuperComfysleep and is genuinely passionate about the latest and most premium mattresses, sleep products and gadgets. Before joining SuperComfySleep, Neil worked in product design and development for start-ups and large corporations alike. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. When he’s not working, Neil enjoys playing basketball and football.
Silvia Johnson is a researcher and writer with a passion for all matters related to health, nutrition and exercise. Prior to joining us, she worked as a journalist in the US and Canada, covering a wide range of health related topics, including sleep. Silvia studied media and journalism at college, and her hobbies include marathon running, swimming, reading and travelling with friends and family.
Irene is a senior editor with a true passion for sleep health and all types of bedding products and gadgets. Before joining us, she worked as a health and well-being journalist in the US and Europe. She holds an MSc in Operational Research and her hobbies include hiking, climbing and running.
Caroline, as she quite often puts it herself, is a fact-oriented editor who loves reading and writing about health, nutrition and not surprisingly… sleep! After studying history and economics at college, she began her career in corporate communications and subsequently immersed herself into the world of health and well-being journalism. She is an avid swimmer and hiker and enjoys long walks with her two dogs.
